Men have been participating in group activities for centuries. Whether it’s your workout buddies, your formal business colleagues, or simply a bunch of friends hanging around the BBQ with a beer, men like to feel like they belong to a pack or a tribe.


A group provides the foundation for men to band together for a common purpose and a sense of identity. Men's groups are growing in popularity and diversity and are still very relevant today.


They offer the opportunity to develop new friendships and acquire new ideas, perspectives, and insights. You might just discover that you're not alone in your endeavors and that you share many similar experiences. Now, wouldn't that be wonderfully refreshing!



If you are interested in joining any of the groups listed above, select your preference and subscribe to a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation. During this call, I'll ask you a series of questions, including why the particular group caught your attention, and what you would like to get out of attending. We will also discuss any questions you might have about the format of the group and any other details.


If you decide that you would like to join a group, then we will meet in person for a 50-minute consultation. During this consultation, we'll discuss whether the group will meet your needs, and if it does, we'll collaborate on developing a clear and definable goal for participating. If the group you're considering doesn't align with your needs, then I'll make it my goal to find the right one for you.​
